A very knowledgeable and friendly stuff and a great selection of art equipment and tools. As most art supplies stores, it is on the pricey side.I will be back for sure to learn more about the products and get ideas and inspiration.Cute artwork displayed at the front of the store.

Alfred Cove Jacksons is my favourite Jackson’s store, mainly because of Anna and Elizabeth. They are so patient and knowledgeable and help you with finding the right products for your needs. The staff are what make this place! 100%!I only come in to say hello when I’m on Rokeby Rd & always end up leaving with more supplies! ( Not the worst thing :D )You always feel so looked after and I feel extremely safe at how meticulous and quick the staff are to spot anyone that comes in without a mask.This is a sip your hot French Earl Grey tea kind of store, not a drive thru cold fries vibe. Enjoy a gander and chat, suggest you come first thing in the morning on a weekday if you’re in a rush, I find these are the most quietest times. :)The window displays are also amazing! I visited Jackson's Midland on Thursday, for the first time in many months. the ladies there were delightful. They provided above and beyond in customer service and were cheerful and happy in the process. I learned a bit and laughed a bit - the product I needed was there and I went home happy.

I have dealt with Jacksons for nearly 30 years. They changed hands a few years ago and their systems have improved. Although their website needs improvement. They have almost a monopoly in Perth and consequently their prices may be on the high side. However it's easy to get a 15% discount card. The staff in Midland are friendly and always ready to help in any way that they can.

A little disappointed that The manager .. Christine handled my experience with a product I had purchased from Jackson’s in a way not conducive with good customer service ... I had no intention of asking for a refund.., merely expecting some understanding that I was a little unhappy with the product . Was very surprised. She was helpful in the end.
